We update Duory as often as possible to make it more reliable for you. In this update, you'll find: Step into the scene with Background Sounds. Practice with the sounds of the places where you'll actually speak the language. Learning phrases for work? Hear the hum of an office around you. Ordering in a new language? Let the clatter of a coffee shop or restaurant fill the room. Practice starts to feel like the real thing. • Eight soundscapes to choose from: Office, Coffee Shop, Restaurant, City Street, Train Station, Airport, Beach and Park. • Choose a sound for a note or topic, and it'll play every time you practice it, across all your devices. Set a sound for a topic, and every note in that topic will use it unless you choose a different sound. • Spatial audio makes you feel surrounded by the background sounds, with the sound moving as you turn your head while the voice stays clear and centered. You can turn spatial audio off in Settings. Open the full-screen player and tap the new Background Sounds button to try it. Important notes: • Background Sounds require iOS 26 or later and a Duory Plus subscription. • Sounds download in the background, usually shortly after you update. If they're not ready when you first select one, Duory downloads them all at once and shows you the progress. • Spatial audio works with compatible headphones. You can now check, start, resume, and stop your timer with Siri or from Spotlight without any setup, and starting a timer lets you search for a task directly instead of picking a client, project, and category one by one. The Home tab now sits under a living sky that matches the weather where you are — the sun moving across it through the day, clouds drifting with the wind, rain or snow falling when it's falling outside, and the colours of night once the sun has set. Open any outdoor ride and the same sky shows the weather you set off in. Your Wahoo rides can come straight in, too. Connect your Wahoo account in Settings, choose Import from Wahoo, and pick a workout from the list. It arrives as a new journal entry with its distance, time, climbing, heart rate, power, cadence and training load already filled in. Also in this release: rate how hard a ride felt, a redesigned journal entry with an interactive route map, detailed charts for every measurement with a trend line, dates instead of weekdays for rides more than a week old, and a fair few small things tidied up along the way.

Export the whole comparison or just a range of lines, choose light or dark appearance, the highlighting theme, font and paper size, and decide whether to include line numbers and column headers. - Windows reopen where you left them: When you relaunch JuxtaCode, your commit, file history, comparison and merge windows now reopen along with your repositories. Window sizes and divider positions are remembered for each document, and the Commit Inspector remembers which commit messages you expanded. Sessions started from git difftool or git mergetool aren't restored. - The coloured bar beside the active section of an editable comparison is now subtler, especially in Light appearance, so it no longer flashes distractingly as you scroll. - More buttons and menu items now show a help tag when you hover over them. - Fixed: On macOS 27, opening several files at once from Finder or the Dock could open each file on its own, or ask about file history once per file, instead of comparing them together. Review pull requests from GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Gitea and Forgejo without leaving Working Copy. Pull requests are listed from the repository screen, where you can comment on their changes, submit a review and merge them. Comparisons point out changes that only touch whitespace or rename something, and a Review button turns them into a short video to share. Commenting and reviewing is a pro feature available to anyone who purchased or upgraded their pro unlock within the last year. Ready for iPhone Duo. Unfolded, the repository and the file you are working on sit on either side of the fold, and files and the Repository Agent can open in windows of their own, as they also can on iPad. Held like a laptop, the editor keeps your code above the fold and puts Tab, Undo and the keyboard below it. Hosting providers for the same server can be signed in with different accounts. A repository cloned from a provider's list, or created on a provider, keeps using that provider's account. The Auto-Sync commit message can include the date, time and the files being committed. Links to headings in Markdown previews work the way GitHub, Typora and Obsidian name headings, so headings with punctuation, spaces or Chinese characters can be reached. After following a link, a back button takes you back to where you were. Fixed the Get Repository Files action in Shortcuts returning no files every other time it ran on iPadOS 27. Includes latest improvements to 7.0.0 Repository Agent can now run on Apple's Private Cloud Compute, using a larger model than the one on your device while keeping your code inside Apple's privacy guarantees. It needs no API key and no subscription, and appears in the service menu on devices with Apple Intelligence running the latest version of iOS. When the daily allowance runs out, Working Copy offers to continue with whichever AI service you have set up. Fetch, Pull, Push and Sync actions for Shortcuts are no longer cut short when they take a while. A slow transfer keeps running with progress and a Stop button, so pushing a large repository from an automation finishes instead of stopping halfway, and the Fetch button on the widget works the same way. This needs iOS 27.

WORKSPACES AND DESK CLOCK - Each screen setup (iPhone and iPad orientations, Mac, each iPhone Duo pose) keeps its own Daily layout. - Desk Clock shows what's on now and the time left in it, or the countdown to what's next. - Turn iPhone sideways for the Desk Clock and Timeline beside your Agenda. FOLLOW THE DAY - A new landscape theme that tracks your real sunrise, sunset and moon phase. - Fixes a crash on macOS 12. The app quit unexpectedly after an export when contacts contained a date such as a birthday. The same happened with the filter for added and changed contacts. - Fixes a crash that could occur when the list in the “Contacts” area contained a very large number of entries. - Fixes distorted icons in the “Export Format” pop-up menu on macOS 27. - The “Omit Blank Columns” option now considers only the contacts of the current export. Previously, a column remained if it had held values in an earlier export since the app was launched. - When “Omit Blank Columns” is not selected, every chosen field now gets a column in the “To separate columns, one per label” mode. Previously, fields such as phone, email, or birthday got no column if none of the exported contacts had a value for them. - The “Omit Blank Columns” option is now selected for new export setups. - When “Add Column Titles” is not selected, exported Excel files no longer freeze the first row. Previously, the first contact stayed at the top while scrolling. - Values without a label now receive a generic label such as “phone” or “email”, in the language of the export. Previously, the field name in the system language took its place. In custom export layouts, columns for such values are no longer empty, and Google CSV no longer enters the value itself as the type. - Improves the export of dates such as birthdays and anniversaries. - The “Language” pop-up menu now also offers English (Canada), English (India), and English (Philippines). - On macOS 13 and later, the “Remove” command in the context menu of the list in the “Contacts” area removes the clicked entry instead of the current selection. If the click lands on a selected entry, it removes the entire selection as before.

Shapely 3D 1.3 is built for iPhone Duo. Two screens, one project, and a hinge we treat with the respect it deserves. MADE FOR IPHONE DUO - Shapely 3D runs at the native size of both screens. Closed, the outer screen is the whole editor: the catalog, the gizmo, Edit Points, booleans, the printability check. Open the phone and the same project gets more workplane around it, with your selection and your camera right where you left them. Nothing is letterboxed, nothing hides behind the fold, nothing asks you to start over. - Built with Xcode 27.1 and the iOS 27.1 SDK, so the phone is treated as what it is, not as a tall iPhone with a line down the middle. The line is a feature. We checked. PRINTABILITY, NOW WITH A SENSE OF PROPORTION - The check now tells minor mesh issues from ones that need repair. Hairline gaps, slivers and a few flipped triangles - the kind every slicer closes on its own, and the classic 3DBenchy is full of - get a quiet grey mark and a "Minor issues" status that says the model prints as it is. No export gate, no lecture. The orange warning, "Needs repair" and the question at the door are kept for holes and inside-out surfaces a slicer would get wrong. Benchy has printed a million times. It did not need our opinion. ALSO NEW - The projects home now recommends one other independent app, through Kickstart Exchange - matched by app, not by you: no tracking, no identifiers, no "based on your activity". Shapely 3D Pro never sees it. Pro is ad-free, and stays that way. - The Pro screen opens with the Pro artwork - the app icon with its sparkles, the same picture the App Store shows for the purchase - instead of a generic sparkles symbol. It borrowed a symbol for three releases. It has its own picture now. FIXED - Importing an STL from Files or iCloud Drive works again on iPhone and iPad. In 1.2.0 it said "could not import" to every file you picked, which was true, and unhelpful. - Fixed a crash on iPad that could close the app while moving, rotating or scaling an object. Of all the moments to leave, mid-drag was the worst one. Everything from 1.2 - the printability check, Repair, Import USDZ, the Printing tab - is right where it was. Folded or not.

New - Pockity is ready for iPhone Duo, with a layout that fits however you hold it. Folded, it shows two cards to a row on the home screen, and two entries to a row in every list of entries. - Unfolded, you can open two Pockity windows side by side and drag entries from one to the other, into another ledger or onto an account or category card. - Unfolded and held sideways, Accounts, Categories and Recurring show the item you pick next to the list, and the background blends into its colour. - The Spending screen does the same: its total, chart and categories sit next to the period's entries, and a category you pick shows its details in their place. Cancel, next to the back button, brings the entries back. Improvements - On iPad and the unfolded iPhone Duo, each day's heading in the list of entries keeps its date and its total together at the left, so they read as one heading. - A recurring item's details now show its account and category, when it's due next, how often it repeats, its notes, how much it has cost so far, and the entries it has added. - On the unfolded iPhone Duo, the background in dark mode is lighter and keeps its colour further down the screen. - Ledgers and accounts now have one name each in every language, and Siri phrases for your ledger use the same word as the app. Fixes - Budget and recurring widgets, and the Show Ledger shortcut, now open what they show: a ledger, a category or account on its own page, or a recurring item's card over its ledger's Recurring list. They used to open Pockity on whatever it was already showing. - On iPad, New Entry, New Category and New Account in the menu bar, and their keyboard shortcuts, now use the ledger on screen. They used to use your default ledger, even with another ledger open. - A broken link to a category, account or recurring item no longer makes Pockity quit. - The Import Receipt shortcut now saves your receipt as a draft. It could keep running until Shortcuts gave up, and the receipt was never saved. - In the Smart Add Expense shortcut, the account is now optional. Leave it empty and the draft goes to the account the message names, such as "A/c XX1234", or else to your ledger's default account. - The Recurring screen's search field now shows. It never appeared, so you couldn't search your recurring items. - In Chinese, the Spending screen now keeps the colours of the Spending card. A moment after it opened, it used to switch to the opposite colours. - Fixed wrong translations on the transfer screen and nearby, in several languages.

Set up a widget from a link, and send your own setups to anyone. Set up a widget from a link: A link can now carry a whole setup: the endpoint, how it is read, and the widget that reads it. Tapping one opens Dashlet with everything filled in, and nothing is saved until you look it over and keep it. If you already have that endpoint, Dashlet offers to add the widget to the source you have instead of making a second copy. Share a source, or a whole widget: Share Setup Link turns anything you have already set up into a link you can send. A shared widget travels whole, with its rows, formatting and theme, so the other end gets the widget rather than a blank one to rebuild. You see the link before you send it. Your credentials stay with you: A link says what kind of sign-in an endpoint needs and nothing more. Your tokens, passwords and locked header values never leave your device, and whoever opens the link is asked for their own. Fixes: The freshness badges on the dashboard now keep time instead of showing whatever they said when the board was last drawn. Diagnostics shows the ten most recent entries in each log with the rest a tap away, and keeps twice as much widget refresh history.

Ask User The assistant can now ask you questions or request a confirmation on a card in the chat, wait for your answer, and resume afterwards. Answer multi-question cards one step at a time, by voice, or straight from a notification when Minis is in the background. It never decides for you: there's no "Always allow," and a timeout is reported back as unconfirmed. Share chat as a long image or PDF Share any part of a conversation as one long image or a PDF. Pick individual replies, tool calls, and thinking with drag-select, fold or hide tool runs, choose phone, iPad, or adaptive table width, follow light or dark appearance, and zoom the preview. The header shows the assistant's avatar, the model, and the date. Search in Chat Find text in the open conversation from the "…" menu or a long-press, step through the results, and see matches highlighted in place. Session search also supports several keywords and shows the matching line. Scheduled tasks you can see A small pill under the navigation bar counts down to the next scheduled run, shows which run is next, and lets you run it now, skip it, or cancel. A conversation waiting for its next run also keeps a card in the Live Activity. Each scheduled task has its own detail page with parameters, status, and run history. Quota and balance at a glance See your remaining quota or balance for supported providers, including Claude and ChatGPT subscription limits, in the model picker, on the provider page, and in the input bar. The model dot turns yellow when it runs low. Fold consecutive tool calls Turn it on in Settings → Appearance → Tool Calls to fold a run of tool calls into one "Ran N tools" line with the total time. Faster, steadier background runs On iOS 26+, a continued-processing task keeps long runs going in the background, with a card that shows what the run is doing. Always On mode keeps the screen awake with a dimmed black screen saver. AOJIT acceleration Common built-in tools now run from precompiled execution images, so they start and finish faster. It's on by default; if anything misbehaves, turn it off in Settings → Rootfs Management → AOJIT. More ways to control your data Disable environment variables without deleting them. Clean up orphaned session files in Settings → Storage. Enable or disable all skills and MCPs in a session at once. Long-press a skill to copy its source URL. Voice Send waits for speech recognition and offers a retry or a switch to the next voice model if it stalls. Voice correction restores English terms and uses what's on screen. A volume slider is available for read-aloud. New models Added Claude Sonnet 5.5, GPT-6.1 Sol, and GPT-6 Astra. The ghost is mirrored along with the preview, so your face lines up with your earlier photo — and the saved photo still comes out the right way round. • The camera opens at your reference photo's zoom. Took the before at 0.5×? The next shot starts at 0.5× as well — including photos you import from the Camera app. • Lens buttons for 0.5×, 1×, 2× and your iPhone's telephoto, right next to the shutter. • Self-timer. Tap the timer beside the shutter for 3 or 10 seconds, or slide along it to pick one. The flash blinks through the countdown, so you know when it's coming. Your Bluetooth remote starts the countdown too, and each project remembers its own setting. • Tilt guide (Pro). A level line and a small scale show how you held the phone for your earlier photo. Match them and the guide turns yellow, with a tap you can feel — so the after isn't a few degrees off the before. • Smaller things: GIFs, videos and Reveals stay on your after photo longer, the shutter answers the moment you press it, the gallery scrolls to your new photo, and a full Pro project says so instead of offering an upgrade you already have. Photos from before this update don't know their zoom or tilt yet. For the zoom, tap the lens button once; the tilt guide starts with the next photo you take.

Environment will automatically adapt its user interface based on the fold angle and orientation for an optimal user experience on the new device. A minor rain map widget rendering bug has also been fixed, which previously caused the text background to cover parts of the rain map.
