FitWoody: Sleep & Recovery

FitWoody: Sleep & Recovery

HRV, Training Load, VO2 Max

► MULTIPLE GOALS Run 500 km this year, walk 10,000 steps a day, hit the gym three times a week, log zone 2 minutes. All at once. No more picking one target and pretending the rest of your training doesn't exist. FitWoody finally fits the way you actually move. ► CHALLENGES AND HABITS Some things you chase, some things you sustain. Challenges have a finish line and every session brings you closer. Habits repeat every day/week/month with no destination, just the decision to show up again. Now each one has its own space, its own logic, and its own way of showing you how you're doing. ► SEE WHAT'S BEHIND THE NUMBER A percentage tells you nothing about how you got there. New charts show you when you train, which days you push, which days you skip, how your effort breaks down, and whether this month was really worse than last, or just different. Understanding yourself is more useful than counting. ► BUILT FROM YOUR FEEDBACK This update didn't come from a roadmap. It came from people writing to us asking for more than one goal, for recurring habits, for a way to track everything they already do. We read every message, and this is the proof.

Peaks: Sleep & Energy

Peaks: Sleep & Energy

Work With Your Body Clock

Shift your sleep schedule, gently. This update introduces Guided Sleep Plan, a new way to move toward the sleep schedule you actually want to keep. Set a wake-up goal, and Peaks helps you shift toward it gradually over time instead of forcing a sudden change. For example, if you usually wake up at 8:30 but want to get to 7:00, Peaks can guide you there step by step with a plan that feels more realistic and sustainable. Peaks can now also send morning alarms, so your sleep plan does not stop at recommendations. It can help you wake up at the right time too. Schedules are more flexible now as well. If you prefer not to use Guided mode, you can now set a different schedule for each day of the week. We also added Social Jet Lag to Insights as part of your Regularity Score, so you can see how much your wake time shifts across the week and build a more consistent rhythm over time. And we expanded Optimal Times with many more moments to guide your day, including melatonin, strength training, and the best time for morning caffeine. Thanks for being here. ~ Flo & Clemens

Git client - Working Copy

Git client - Working Copy

for GitHub and self-hosted

Adjustments to GitLab token refresh logic. Improvements when linking existing repository to external folder. Includes enhancements from latest versions: Ask Repository Agent to browse files, search content, read and modify files, commit, pull and push. It works with the on-device Apple Intelligence model on iOS 26 with suitable hardware or with external LLM services including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Ollama using your own API keys. Configure in AI Settings where AI features are opt-in per repository to avoid leaking sensitive information. Repositories have icons auto-detected from project images and remote avatars. Tap the icon on the Status & Configuration screen to customize with another file from the repository, clipboard contents, photos library, or image files. Switch away from Working Copy during Git operations and have them continue in the background. Clone, Fetch, Pull & Push operations show progress as Live Activities. This requires iOS 26. AI commit message suggestions can use your own API keys or service such as your self-hosted Ollama model instead of the Working Copy service. Configure this in AI Configuration > Commit Messages where you pick service, model and customize prompts.
