And Shortcuts gets the whole journal: find rides by distance, place, how they felt, the weather or a word in your notes, find the climbs inside them, and build any of it into an automation of your own. Every outdoor ride now remembers the weather. Ride Journal looks it up the moment you import and keeps it on the entry — temperature, the day's high and low, wind speed and direction, the chance of rain, and an hour-by-hour strip covering the time you were actually out. When the forecast missed it, tag the ride yourself — Fog, Rain, Storm, Windy, Hot, Cold and seven more. Your week and month have grown up, too. Week in Numbers and Month in Numbers now carry a day-by-day chart, your climbing and moving time, your time in daylight, your longest ride and the place you set off from most. Above the figures, Apple Intelligence writes you a couple of lines about them — on your device, in your language, with none of it sent to a server. Also in this release: the weather card on the Home tab can be pulled to refresh, and a fair few small things were tidied up along the way.
