Instant Folder & Archive Peek
With Folder Quick Look, you can take a lightning-fast peek at the contents of folders and archives without having to open or extract them: simply select the folder and press the space bar (or Command + Y).
The update to version 1.5 adds, in addition to the existing list view, the option to display contents in a clear grid. This is super handy for folders filled with photos, for example, to get an even quicker overview.
John Gruber of Daring Fireball sums it up perfectly: “Looks, feels, and works like a feature that ought to be built into the Finder itself”.
I couldn’t have said it better myself. Once installed, you can’t use your Mac without it! 🙃
