Greetings, Liiifters. This version is about improvements on the statistics that power the app’s many features: * When qualifying similar history workout sessions, the name of the workout no longer plays a role. Instead, similar workouts are determined by the shared moves and set configurations. * In Today, your planned workouts now show an estimated time, instead of a less accurate range. * In Today, if you don’t have Apple Watch or Fitness data enabled, Liiift now still shows an estimated duration of the workout, based entirely on the data in the app. These changes should help you surface trends more accurately, so you can focus on pushing and lifting more! Also, we fixed some issues with charts in the app: - There is a line chart that shows how you trend with the same move. It now correctly ignores workouts that skipped such moves entirely. - The power bar now accurately reflect the status of a move history, by treating un-finished sets as skipped. We hope you’ll enjoy this update! As always, please let us know if you have any suggestions or feedback.
Greetings, Liiifters! Version 2025.15 is here to fix some minor issues following our recent updates. In case you missed it... ◎ Updated: how the app works "free" — - You can track 1 workout for free for the calendar week. This free limit resets every week (usually on a Sunday morning). - You can have as many Workout Plans as you need — there’s no longer a 2-plan limit. - Rest Timer can now start automatically upon logging a set — it’s no longer limited to Pro Members. - You can use supersets to structure your workouts — it’s no longer limited to Pro Members. - You can mark your sets as warm-up sets or drop sets — they are no longer limited to Pro Members. ◎ New: power bar As you work through and log your workout sets, a power bar compares your performance to how much you normally lift. This gives you some extra motivation to push yourself further! ◎ New: collapsible moves in your workout When you do your workout, your list of moves now show up in a more compact and collapsible design. This helps you scroll to other moves more easily to spot any remaining sets. When you expand a move, you can stay focused as other moves now fade gracefully to the background. Hope you’ll enjoy this update! As always, please let us know if you have any feedback or suggestions.

How does it work? Well, when you take that selfie during a workout (and shortly after your workout), Liiift can detect it and display the photo in your workout history page. Liiift is all about privacy, and we don’t do weird stuff with your photos. We just find them, and show them to you — that’s it. If you want to hide or delete a photos, you still have to use your Photos app. It’s none of our business.
