Greetings, Liiifters. This update brings you Cardio Goal, a simple and easy way to allow you to take care of your active rest days, or to finish it off after your weight training. In Cardio Goal, you can: - Set up daily goals based on step/push count, walking/running/wheelchair distance, or active energy burned. - See your progress with a smaller ring that complements your weight training ring. - Stay updated of your progress with Home Screen widget that periodically updates. We also made a few updates/fixes in the app: - “Power score” is now officially “Liiift Factor”, denoted by a cursive ƒ throughout the app. - Liiift Factor now assigns diminishing returns on each set, starting with Set #3. This encourages you to do fewer but higher-quality sets. - We added an FAQ page for Liiift Factor to help you understand its meaning. - Moves that were only done 2-3 times might show up unfairly in “Popular Moves”.
