–– New Features –– - Browse Tidal: Tidal now has its own browse screen, filled from the Tidal account you linked in the Sonos app — your playlists and favorites alongside Tidal's own pages, ready to play on any speaker - Tidal Improvements - SiriusXM: Browse and play SiriusXM on your Sonos speakers — live channels and Xtra channels, laid out the way SiriusXM organizes them, from your recent channels to categories, sports talk and Howard. Set up SiriusXM in the Sonos app and it shows up in Clic - SiriusXM search: Find SiriusXM channels alongside your other services, with the channel name, current song and artwork shown in the player as songs change - Preview in Find Similar Songs: Tap a song's artwork to hear a preview before adding it, and tap again to stop — or long-press for Preview Song - Find Similar Songs, refreshed: Select All moves to the top corner, the song you started from sits in a lighter header with a count of what you've picked, and Play, Play Next, Play Last and Replace are easy-to-tap buttons above a single Play button - Audible: Listen to your Audible audiobooks on your Sonos speakers. Your whole library opens as a list or a grid of covers, each book showing its author and how much you have left. Set up Audible in the Sonos app and it shows up in Clic - Audible chapters and Resume: Open a book to see its chapters and how long each runs, then tap Resume to pick up right where you left off in Audible — the book shows the chapter and time it starts from, and a bar with the time left. Tap that chapter to find it in the list, or play from any chapter. A book always takes over the queue, so its chapters never mix with your music - Audible search: Find books in your Audible library alongside your other services - 30-second skips for audiobooks: While a book is playing, the player, Lock Screen and Control Center swap the track buttons for skip back and skip forward 30 seconds - Tap the book's title in the player to open its chapter list - TV Autoplay: Turn on TV Autoplay in a soundbar's settings and it switches to TV audio by itself as soon as your TV starts playing - Redesigned group screen: Tap the group button to see every room at once, laid out like AirPlay — slide across any room to set its volume, tap a room to add it to the group or drop it, and use Everywhere, All Speakers and Sync along the bottom. Sorting and New Scene are in its ••• menu, and it opens as a popover from the player and the room list on Mac and iPad - Scenes on the group screen: Your scenes sit at the bottom of the room list — tap one to run it, or press and hold to edit or remove it - Long press to mute: Hold a volume slider still for a moment to mute or unmute that room or group (right-click on Mac) - Instant track skipping: The next song shows the moment you press next or previous — on the player, with ⌘→ and ⌘←, or from the Lock Screen — and skipping through several songs quickly no longer lags or keeps changing songs after you stop - Player background: A soft wash of color drawn from the album artwork that blends smoothly into the next song, and uses far less memory than the full-window blur it replaces - Apple Music artists: Artists in your Apple Music library open their full Apple Music page — top songs, every album and the latest release — instead of only the few albums in your library –– Bug Fixes & Improvements –– - Fixed Tidal search coming back empty, playlists showing No Tracks, albums starting with a blank track and stopping after 20 songs, and missing artwork on album pages, artist pages and songs - Fixed Tidal browse sometimes leaving out parts of your collection when your Tidal sign-in needed refreshing - Fixed SoundCloud, Deezer, Pandora, Sonos Radio and SiriusXM sometimes showing as signed out or not loading until Clic was force quit, Browse sections staying empty after switching services quickly, and Spotify suggestions sometimes disappearing from Browse + More in release notes.
