This release only contains bug fixes and stability improvements. A "share logs" feature has been added to the settings on both iOS and watchOS to send logs to support in case of an issue.

New feature: - Set custom heart zones. Go in Max HR settings to set custom heart zones in percentage of max heart rate or bpm. Bug fixes: - Fix some occasional crashes when the app is in background.

New features for everyone: - Precision start: Enable the "Precision start" feature in Apple Watch settings to immediately start your workout. You can instantly start the selected session by touching the button or pressing the Action Button on Apple Watch Ultra. This feature replaces the setting for disabling the timer in race mode. - Pause management: You can now force resume an auto paused activity from the menu or the buttons according to your settings.
