Added the ability to pin locations to the top of the location list.

Added support for CarPlay, and updated the dark and tinted app icon designs.

You can now launch TapDrive via the Shortcuts app or Siri (e.g., "Drive to Home using TapDrive").

Adds support for navigating in Google Maps and Waze in addition to Apple Maps.

Fixed an alignment issue with the location icon grid. The grid will also now use fewer columns at larger dynamic type sizes.

Added "quick launch" widgets for the home and lock screens. Also added coffee and wine location icons, per user request. :-)
