This is a big one. Liquid Glass Redesign Whistle now supports the new Liquid Glass design introduced with iOS 26. The app feels more fluid, more immersive, and blends beautifully into the system. It’s a visual upgrade that makes using Whistle feel even smoother day to day. A New AI Coach We’ve rebuilt the AI Coach from scratch. It’s now fully conversational and way more capable. You can talk to it freely, ask it to build workouts or full plans, move or delete things, or surface health data and past sessions. It remembers more from your conversations and can pick up context as you go. You also now have more control: you can choose between three different coach personalities, adjust the thinking depth, and even select the underlying AI model if you want to fine-tune how it responds. Better Estimations We’ve improved how we estimate things like distance, calories, and duration when planning workouts. If you schedule a 30-minute run, for example, Whistle now uses your past performance to estimate how far you’ll go and how much energy you’ll burn. These new estimates also show up in the weekly chart in the Plan tab, where you can now switch between distance, duration, and calories to get a better sense of what your training week looks like. Watch App Overhaul The Apple Watch app has been completely revamped for watchOS 26. It now syncs over iCloud, so your data is always up to date. You can view your templates right on the watch and start them from there, which makes heading out the door even quicker. And if you use Apple’s Activity app on your phone, you can now connect it to Whistle so your workouts sync there automatically. Thanks for following along, and for all the feedback and ideas. — Flo & Clemens

Sleep Insights You can now view your sleep right alongside your workouts! The new Sleep card shows how long you slept, and if you’re tracking sleep stages with, you’ll see those too. A small step toward connecting recovery and training with more coming soon. Small Fixes We’ve made loads of under-the-hood improvements and bug fixes to make the app faster and more pleasant to use. One small but handy change: you can now swipe to delete workouts. Settings pages also got a refresh with more descriptions to better explain your options. Thanks for your support! ~ Flo & Clemens
