What's new in Octostack 1.0.8: • See what someone posted in a tag: tap a tag on a user's profile to see the questions and answers they posted with it. • Jump straight to the answer: opening a question from an answer in a profile, your inbox or a shared link now takes you right to it. • Upvote a comment by tapping its score. • Smarter search: it now looks at question bodies as well as titles, and understands syntax like user:123, [swift] and is:accepted. • Stack Exchange search links now open as search results in the app. • Taller code blocks, so scrolling doesn't get stuck inside snippets as often. • Smoother pull-to-refresh. • Endless scrolling is more reliable: lists load ahead of you and never get stuck at the bottom. • On iOS 27, the keyboard now appears as soon as you start writing an answer or comment. • Links the app can't open now open in your browser, and the Search Home Screen shortcut works from anywhere. Bug fixes and performance improvements
Fixes voting, commenting, answering and flagging, which were reporting an error even though the action had gone through.
Voting, commenting and answering are no longer part of Ultra. They're free for everyone now, on every site. If you subscribed to Ultra before this update, you keep the Goldie app icon permanently — subscription or not. Ultra is now simply a way to support the app while I build new premium features.
