Say hello to Liquid Glass — What’s New in 1.3 This update brings a refreshed and more professional look with the return of the original Stress Tracker app icon. We’ve also redesigned the interface to match Apple’s new Liquid Glass design in watchOS 26. The app will feel familiar, but with a sleeker, more modern look. Other improvements include fixes for minor issues reported by users and a more accurate recovery algorithm for clearer daily insights.

What’s New in 1.2 This 1.2 update builds on the improvements introduced in version 1.1 — including smarter stress algorithms based on age and gender, and the launch of Moodles, your personal stress avatars. Now, we’ve fine-tuned how stress levels are labeled. Previously, a score of 6 might be flagged as “high stress,” which could be misleading. Labels have been updated to more accurately reflect the 1–10 stress scale, giving you clearer, calmer insights. We’ve also expanded language support: Stress Tracker is now available in French, Brazilian Portuguese, Japanese, Italian, and Russian — in addition to English, Spanish, German, and Chinese.

This 1.1 update brings three major improvements: • Meet Moodles, think of them as your personal stress avatars, helping you understand how you feel at a glance. • The stress algorithm has been improved using clinical studies that account for age and gender, offering much more accurate estimations—especially for older users. • Third, the app is now available in four languages: English, Spanish, German, and Chinese. We’ve also optimized battery usage and improved widget visuals and performance.
