With this major new update, we're introducing Bio Age - a new way to better understand your fitness and health. It shows how your body is developing compared to your actual age using a single, easy-to-understand number. We've also completely revamped the Sleep Score and significantly improved its accuracy. On top of that, we've fixed a number of bugs and made various performance improvements. Enjoy this new version of Apex Athletic!
