What's new in SonicScript - Text to Speech app: • Bug fix when it comes to listening to longer PDF files. Soon also will add tap to forward function and also scrolling through the whole playback.
Small bug fix
- Fixed the problem with reading longer sentences that doesn't have punctuation. Now app should not crash and just cut the longer text in smaller chunks that will also allow to jump to other sentences easily. Sorry for inconvenience. Thank you for using SonicScript!
- You asked! I delivered! Now app use 10 additional languages: Japanese, Chinese Simplified, Chinese Traditional, Korean, Vietnamese, Spanish, German, French, Italian and Portuguese. Soon more will be added!
- Added Clear Button so now user can delete the whole content from the playback and start playing new speech. - Fixed bug with checking purchase status, before after getting PRO version user still saw the Paywall and has to force quit app and reopen. Now works as it should! - Fixed counting free usages, before it increasing free usages when user played a note then pause then resume. Now it just count usage only when new content is added, or whole old content is finished and played again. - Fixed crashing while changing source for speech (longer texts caused crashers before). Now seems to be good. - Fixed minor bug about persisting chosen voice after force quitting app. Future updates: Have a plan to expand the languages and add new voices soon. - Users can now change voice and speed when started playing imported / typed text, just pause playback and change voice if you want to. Sometimes need to wait a little bit before play. - Fixed issue where sometimes app crash when importing bigger sized PDF's. - Cleanup audio queue when importing text files so user dont need to remove it manually.
