Thank you for the warm reception of MarkCam! It’s been wonderful to hear from photographers, field workers, and privacy-conscious Users who needed a quick, no-nonsense way to add watermarks without ads or subscriptions. Here’s what’s new in MarkCam 1.1: 1. STAY ON TARGET Ever wished your watermark didn’t disappear after every photo? Now it doesn’t have to. With the new “Keep active until deleted” toggle, you can make a watermark persist across multiple photos, whether you’re using the camera or importing from the library. Each watermark (text, timestamp, GPS) now remembers its content and position, so you can reuse it until you choose to disable or remove it. Of course, dynamic info like timestamps and GPS coordinates still update automatically for every new image. This is a big step toward making MarkCam faster to use in workflows where you need consistency. Just set it once and shoot away. 2. NO MORE TEXTUAL CONFUSION Switched from a GPS or Timestamp watermark back to a Text one, only to find strange placeholder text? That was a bug. Now, the text field is correctly cleared so you can type what you really want to overlay. 3. JUST A BIT MORE POLISH The in-app purchase screen now uses a form sheet style instead of taking over the full screen, for a more elegant presentation that fits better with the rest of the app. If you enjoy using MarkCam and think more apps should respect your time and privacy (without nagging you for subscriptions), please consider leaving a 5-star review on the App Store. It really helps indie developers like me keep going. Thanks again for your support and feedback. Onward to the next update! Ciao from Italy, Cesare
