The statistics screen is now much clearer and more interactive! And, as you’ve probably already noticed, the app has a new name — Forma! Along with the new name, big improvements are coming across the board!
Added new ways to use the app for free! Invite friends to get an increased workout limit, or post about the app on social media to get premium access. You can now also change the app language directly inside the app, without going to device settings. And fixed an annoying issue on older iOS versions.
A major update is coming for anyone who wants to use the app without limits for free! This release is small, but it’s an essential step to prepare. And as always, made the app a bit more reliable.

The exercise performance history on the Statistics screen is now sorted familiar way — from older entries to newer ones, making progress easier to follow. And a few small typos fixed.
Improved workout history on the Statistics screen: all past records are now displayed in a single line, making it easier to track your progress over time. If a day appears “empty”, it means the exercise was added to the workout but no results were logged — just as many of you requested.
Completely new look of the main screen! Workout marks made a lot more noticeable, while the interface improved its smoothness and accuracy.
Minor cosmetic improvements.
Fixed a one-time annoying app crash after the last update, sorry about that. Also added “today” date refresh when re-entering the app after a break.

You can now export your training day as an image! Share your results with friends or send a report to your coach.

Meet the backup! Go to settings and export a backup file of all your workouts, programs and exercises. In addition, the app has become even more reliable and stable.
