FitWoody turns your Apple Watch into a recovery coach. Every morning: HRV, sleep score, training load, VO2 max and a readiness score that tells you when to push or rest.
► YOUR WOODY FOR A HEALTHIER LIFESTYLE
FitWoody goes beyond activity tracking. It listens to your body and adapts your daily goals based on your recovery, energy, and sleep. Woody, your companion, reflects your wellbeing and keeps you motivated through every step of your journey, turning health tracking into something warm, personal, and alive.
► METABOLIC AND HEALTH INSIGHTS
Every night, while you sleep, your Apple Watch quietly measures key health signals like HRV, resting heart rate, VO₂ max, blood oxygen, breathing rate, and body temperature. FitWoody translates those metrics into a simple readiness score that helps you decide whether to push or rest. You’ll wake up with clear insights about your recovery, energy, and how your lifestyle impacts your wellbeing.
► ADAPTIVE DAILY GOALS
Your daily movement goal automatically adjusts based on your body’s state. If you’ve had poor sleep or a stressful day, your targets lower so you can recover guilt-free. If you’re feeling great, FitWoody gently challenges you to go further. It’s a dynamic system that helps you stay consistent without burnout.
► SLEEP ANALYSIS
FitWoody doesn’t just count hours in bed, it helps you understand the quality of your rest. See your time in deep, core, and REM sleep, your recovery trends, and how they influence your energy levels, performance, and mood. Each morning, you’ll know what your body needs next.
► TRAINING ANALYSIS
Every workout is placed in context. FitWoody helps you see how your training affects endurance, cardiovascular load, and overall progress. Whether you’re running, cycling, or doing yoga, the app explains what each session contributed, and when your body needs a break.
► GOALS
We all start with good intentions: “I’ll get fitter,” “I’ll feel better.” FitWoody helps you turn those ideas into actionable, long-term goals. You can create goals around distance, time, frequency, or total elevation, and FitWoody will guide you along the way with reminders, encouragement, and progress updates.
► FITPASSPORT
FitPassport is your long-term view of health, a digital health card that transforms your Apple Watch data into a clear visual narrative. It shows your evolution across cardiovascular, exercise, sleep, and metabolic health, so you can see where you stand and how you’ve improved over time. Not just numbers, meaning.
► APPLE WATCH APP
FitWoody now lives on your wrist. Check your readiness, movement, sleep, and recent workouts directly from your Apple Watch. Built natively for watchOS 11, it’s fast, fluid, and designed to keep you connected to your health in seconds.
► AI-POWERED EXPLANATIONS
With Apple Foundation Models, FitWoody explains your data in plain language: why your HRV dropped, what your sleep says about recovery, and how your body is adapting. Clear insights, always in context.
► PRIVACY FIRST
Your body stays yours. FitWoody processes data locally with Apple Intelligence when available, or anonymizes it before analysis. No ads. No tracking. Ever.
► FITWOODY PLUS
While most of FitWoody’s core features are free, advanced analytics and long-term insights are part of FitWoody Plus. Payments are charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase or after any free trial period if offered. To avoid renewal charges, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your App Store settings.

MAJOR UPDATE · Starts Oct 23FitWoody, unfoldedThe FitWoody you know, on iPhone Duo's bigger screen. More space to understand your body and how you're really doing.
► YOUR WHOLE HISTORY IN THE PASSPORT
The Passport's older years now show your VO₂ max, weight, height, BMI and sleep for as far back as the Health app keeps them, instead of an empty card. After updating, FitWoody brings that history in once. And when a period truly has no VO₂ max reading, the card simply says so.
► SETTINGS MADE FOR THE BIG SCREEN
On iPad, Settings now opens like it does on Mac: your sections in a sidebar and the one you pick right beside them. About gathers the changelog, feedback and legal documents in one place, and Notifications now shows how your device delivers FitWoody's alerts, on iPhone, iPad and Mac.
► NUMBERS THAT HOLD STILL
Your active calories, steps, flights and distance for the day could jump back and forth between two values every few seconds, especially if you use FitWoody on more than one device. Now they settle on the right number, and after updating, each iPhone and iPad rebuilds the hours that had gone missing since July.
► YOUR CALORIES, RIGHT ON YOUR WATCH FACE
The Activity complications on Apple Watch could sit at 0 kcal for most of the day. They now read today's calories straight from the health data on your watch and update more often, so your watch face keeps up with how much you've moved.
► IMPROVEMENTS & FIXES
The sync percentage now shows how much is really left instead of sitting at 100% while syncing continues. Workouts on Apple Watch show their route map again. On Mac, clicking anywhere on a row in Settings works, not just on its icon or its words. Plus small refinements across the app to keep everything fast, smooth, and reliable.
