With the tap of a button chargeable mileage for a Work Day can be automatically calculated. Shooting locations, distance from your base radius and travel to accommodation on away jobs is considered. This can be accessed from Notes → Mileage when logging a Work Day. This feature depends on your Base Location, Base Radius, Logged Locations and Home Locations being set for a Work Day, this is accessed from Notes → Locations. Requires iOS 15 or later. • Introducing Primary and Secondary Billing Details! Invoices have a new ‘Bill From’ Option which allows you to change Billing Details for each invoice. Primary/Secondary Billing Details can be edited from Invoice Settings. Invoice Templates can be assigned Primary/Secondary Billing Details to speed up the invoicing process. This is super helpful for crew who bill their Labour as an individual (ie. PAYG) and their Equipment/Mileage as a Sole Trader or Company (ie. ABN). • Optimised the internal database so that Crew Call Backups are much smaller when using Location Based Features. • When the app first opens a new loading screen will show when performing long running database migrations. • When restoring a Crew Call Backup a new loading screen will show to let you know that the restore is in progress. Swipe down on the Invoice List or Client List to access search, easily find invoices based on Invoice Number, Job Title or Client Name. • Select Multiple Work Days. You can now select multiple work days from the Work Day List, this allows you to quickly delete many work days at once instead of manually deleting them one by one. This is accessed via the ‘…’ Button in the top right of the Work Day List. • Support for Apple Shortcuts. You can now Add Jobs or Work Days using the Shortcuts App. You can also fetch Jobs, Work Days or Production Companies using Shortcuts. This opens up many possibilities for creating your own automations between Crew Call and other apps that you use. • Updated the Superannuation Options to include ‘Australia 2025’ which has been updated from 11.5% to 12% for the new financial year. Hello Film Crew, This release is a massive update that brings invoicing to Crew Call. I’m very excited to share these highly requested features with you: • Invoice Generation. Convert Jobs to Invoices in Seconds. • Invoice Editing. Add, Edit or Reorder Line Items. Change Invoice Date, Due Date, Discounts, Tax and Notes. • Invoice Export. Output your Invoice as a PDF to easily send to Production Companies. • Invoice Design. Add a Logo and set a Colour Theme to Personalise Your Invoice. • Invoice Organisation. Invoices are automatically sorted as Draft, Awaiting Payment or Paid. Invoices can be marked as Sent or Paid and this will sync with the corresponding job. Sent Invoices will be locked to prevent changes after the fact, this can be tweaked via Invoice Settings. • Invoice Templates. Customise the contents of an Invoice when converting from a Job. Specify title, tax, payment terms and if the Invoice is made up from Labour, Equipment or Mileage. Two templates can be used in tandem to create a Labour Only Invoice without tax and an Equipment/Mileage Invoice with tax. • Invoice Notes. System Generated Notes are pre-filled based on the Job Details. Superannuation/Pension Details can be added to notes based on the Super/Pension Calculation for the Job. Default Notes can be applied to each invoice. • Updated Production Companies. Production Companies now persist between jobs with the option to add Billing Details, an Email Address, Contact Number, Website or Tax Details. Use Production Companies as Clients when Invoicing. Hello Film Crew, This release marks the launch of Crew Call V2.0, one of the BIGGEST updates ever. I’m very excited to share these exciting new features with you: • Introducing Meal Penalties! Create Delayed Meal Break or Short Meal Break Penalties. Customisable for both 1st Meal and 2nd Meal. When a Delayed or Short Meal Break is triggered the applicable penalties are automatically calculated. Cost Based and Multiplier Based Penalties are supported. • Introducing Daily Bump! Change your Base Rate for individual work days while keeping the overtime breakdown in tact. Perfect when you need to step up for a day into a different role, for example, if a 2nd AC needs to fill in for a 1st AC, they can get bumped to the 1st AC Rate just for that day. • Introducing Sub Profiles! Assign your Role, Department and Rate to a Sub Profile. When setting up a Job, load different Sub Profiles to bring in different defaults. Useful if you swap between multiple roles. This signature is used to automatically sign timesheets generated by Crew Call. • Crew Members can now be marked as ‘Head of Department’ via the Crew List when using Multi User Mode. The HOD’s signature will be used to sign the HOD Section of timesheets where appropriate. • Updated Rate Assist to calculate your Base Rate with more decimal precision. This will fix rounding errors that some crew have reported. This allows you to change the rate of Equipment Items from job to job or for individual Work Days. Perfect if you negotiate different gear rates for each job or if you record things like a ‘Parking Ticket Costs’ which is never the same. • Archive Equipment. Equipment Items that you no longer use can now be archived. Archived equipment is hidden when logging Work Days, income from archived equipment persists for older jobs. • Equipment Stats. For each Equipment Item you can easily see how many times it’s been used, the income it’s generated and when it was used last. Available by selecting equipment from User Profile -> Equipment List. • Equipment ROI. Record the purchase price of an Equipment Item and its return on investment will be automatically calculated.
