Fixed some issues with adding fragments not working.

- Fixed an issue where iPad users were unable to add or remove rows on the Grand Staff fragment.
UI Improvements
A few small improvements and fixes. Some users were experiencing problems with staff lines not rendering correctly and this has been resolved.
Features - The basic line fragment now has the ability to set line spacing! Improvements - Some fragments now have a small preview. This is to be used as a guide only to help when making small adjustments. Always check the PDF render before printing. I'm working on getting this feature added to other fragments too. Bugs - Thanks to the person who reported the missing Edit button on iPad. This version fixes that. Finally, I am working hard on a macOS update, but running into some SwiftUI limitations that require a rewrite in a few areas. Please be patient.

- Removed In App Purchases App is now moving to a pay up front model. If you already have it installed, congratulations! You'll now get the Pro features for free! - Fixed an issue where Image Fragments with no image would take up two pages.

New Image Fragment! You can now add images to your documents. These can be photos, or fun little cartoons to make your worksheets more interesting. Super clever users will be able to use this new feature to create their own Fragments not yet supported by Mustud!

- Grand Staves now have Time Signatures. - Fixed a layout bug with dividers. - Improved the layout of the preview view. You can now show/hide the settings and share buttons.
- Completely rebuilt using SwiftUI. (This means a Mac version is on the way!) - Editing has been improved across all fragments. It is now much easier, and faster to make changes. - iPad now has full split-screen support with the preview always visible. - Improved localizations.
- Cleaned up the subscription screen. - Added ability to redeem subscription promo codes.

- Language support for German (more coming, if you can help with other translations, please contact me!). - Redesign on the add fragment button. - You can now edit the title of a document by tapping on the title in the navigation bar.
Grand Staff Fragment - Treble, Bass, Tenor, Alto clef support (more coming). - Key Signatures. A few little UI improvements here and there.
Guitar Chord Diagrams have been added! You can now search through thousands of guitar chords and add them to your documents. Create charts, quiz students by generating flashcards, or even build chord progressions! Lots of other small fixes to document layouts and readjusted font sizes.
Features - Just like swipe to delete, you can now swipe to duplicate! - Mustud was born dark, but it now supports both light and dark using iOS native appearance settings. - Mustud will now use your devices font settings! - Added a new Tabloid paper size. - Lot's of smaller UI improvements. Renamed a few things, and added more clarity to confusing UI elements. Bugs - Fixed an issue where some users were unable to delete fragments.
- New Keyboard Fragment - Improved button icons so they're a bit easier to understand. The next version is already in production and should be out in a few weeks. Some great additions coming as requested by you!
