New features: * Full Cooklang timers support: now you can set multiple timers defined in a recipe. Bug fixes: * Fix recipes count on folders to not count images and other files. * Fix file ordering, now it all sorted alphabetically. * Fix pdf export on iPads. * Updated to more stable parser version v0.1.4. * Some UI refinements: dark-mode issue resolved, text centring on smaller iPhones, etc.
