About Triflow

Overwhelmed by your to-do list? I created Triflow because I was too. It helps break through decision paralysis and actually start working on what matters.

Made for ADHD & Executive Function Challenges

I know the struggle of staring at a mountain of tasks and not knowing where to start. Triflow was born from my own need for something that addresses decision paralysis, improves focus, and helps build momentum with a simple approach backed by research.

--

How Triflow Works (It's Simple, Really)

1 - Choose your top 3 tasks - Just three. Not twenty. This limit changed everything for me, and studies show it reduces overwhelm.
2 - Shuffle if you want - Can't decide which to do first? I added a shuffle feature so Triflow can randomize the order for you.
3 - See one task at a time - Focus on just one thing without the distraction of what's next.
4 - Track your time - Use the timer or stopwatch to maintain momentum and improve time management.
5 - Complete. Celebrate. Repeat. - Watch your progress and build confidence with each completed task.

Why It Works

Triflow is built on evidence-based strategies that research shows genuinely help with productivity challenges (see references below) - and I've experienced these benefits firsthand:
• Reduces decision fatigue - Fewer choices = less paralysis and improved task initiation
• Creates external structure - External support systems are proven effective for ADHD management
• Visual progress tracking - Completed tasks trigger dopamine release, reinforcing positive behavior
• Implementation intentions - Concrete plans dramatically improve your ability to start and finish tasks

Features That Make the Difference

• Clean, distraction-free interface - Multiple themes available to suit your visual preference
• Haptic feedback - Physical prompts help maintain attention and focus
• Timer alarms - Gentle reminders when time's up for better time awareness
• Shuffle feature - Eliminates the "which one first?" problem that causes procrastination
• Works offline - No account needed, just open and start getting things done

In my own life, I noticed that when I was stuck in productivity paralysis, my wife would count "3, 2, 1, go!" and somehow that was enough to get me moving. I built Triflow to recreate that gentle push, helping transform overwhelm into action, one task at a time.

No subscriptions. No complicated features. Just a simple tool I created to help myself focus and get things done – and now I'm sharing it with you.

Download now and turn "I'll do it later" into "I did it!"
