{"appstoreID":1455145867,"title":"Rego - Bookmark Your Places","subtitle":"One place for all your places","developerName":"Peer Assembly","description":"One place for all your places.\n\nRego is a private library for the places that matter to you. Save that restaurant, trailhead, beach or hidden gem in seconds — and find it again when you need it, on iPhone and iPad.\n\nMaps help you discover places. Rego helps you remember them. Ordinary map apps are built for finding what exists — not for keeping what matters to you. Rego is built around one simple loop: capture a place, add what it means to you, organize as much or as little as you like, and find it by whatever you remember.\n\nSAVE IT BEFORE YOU LOSE IT\n- Straight from the share sheet: found somewhere in Apple Maps or Google Maps? Tap Share, then Open Location in Rego. Done.\n- Your current location — one tap while you're standing there.\n- Search, addresses and coordinates — or simply drop a pin on the map.\n- Photos and contacts — use the location inside a geotagged photo, or a contact's address.\n- Files from other apps — import KML, KMZ and GPX, including Google My Maps and Google Takeout exports.\n\nA PIN SAYS WHERE. REGO REMEMBERS WHY.\n- Your own name and free-form notes — \"the café with the courtyard\", \"park at the far gate\".\n- Photos with captions — attach shots from your library or camera, pick a key photo, and relive them with smooth zooming.\n- Every place gets a picture: no photo? Rego generates a clean map thumbnail of its surroundings automatically.\n\nYOUR SYSTEM, NOT OURS\n- Folders give a place one home; collections stay freeform — a place can belong to many, or none.\n- Stars and pin colors: two lightweight markers that cut across everything else. Use color for whatever system you invent.\n- A Photos-style browser with pinned shortcuts, your folders and collections, and built-in smart collections — Recent, Nearby, Favorites, Uncategorized.\n\nFIND IT BY WHATEVER YOU REMEMBER\n- Nearby, Recent or A–Z — list rows show live distance and direction, updating as you move.\n- Scan the map — standard or satellite, with pins colored your way.\n- Search everything — names, notes and photo captions.\n- Browse visually in a grid of photos and map thumbnails.\n- Navigate there with one tap, using the maps app you already trust.\n\nROUTES AND TRAILS ARE FIRST-CLASS CITIZENS\nImport GPX tracks and they live in the same library as your places: name them, star them, color them, file them in collections — and navigate to the trailhead with one tap.\n\nPRIVATE BY DEFAULT. YOURS FOREVER.\n- No accounts, no ads, no tracking. Your library lives on your devices and in your private iCloud — we never see it.\n- Your whole library syncs to every device automatically. Nothing to set up.\n- Your data is never trapped: lossless native archives for backup and transfer, plus KML, KMZ and GPX exports that open in Google Earth, Google My Maps and GPS apps. That's a promise, not a feature.\n\nRego is free for up to 25 places. Rego Pro makes it unlimited — every feature works the same for everyone, and your library always stays viewable, searchable and exportable.\n\nPeople have trusted Rego with their places for over a decade. Start your library today.\n\nQuestions?
