{"appstoreID":6763892415,"title":"Juqed: Party Jukebox","subtitle":"Song requests from your MP3s","developerName":"Michael Hankemann","description":"Juqed — The playlist belongs to everyone.\n\nYour Mac plays the music. Your guests choose it. They scan a QR code, search your library, request songs and vote — and the most-wanted track plays next. No app for guests, no account, nothing to install.\n\nMade for people with their own music collection: your MP3s, your lossless CD rips, the external drive full of classics — combined with Apple Music if you like.\n\nBUY ONCE. NO SUBSCRIPTION.\nJuqed is a one-time purchase. No Juqed subscription, no account, no cloud.\n\nYOUR WI-FI. NO INTERNET NEEDED.\nJuqed brings its own little network: your Mac is the server, your guests connect through your Wi-Fi. That has perks:\n• No internet required — in the party basement, in a clubhouse without a connection, wherever mobile reception drops out\n• Guests don't use up their mobile data\n• No cloud service in between — nothing depends on someone else's server\n• Your guests' requests stay on your Mac\nAll it takes: everyone on the same Wi-Fi.\n\nYOUR MUSIC, STRAIGHT FROM THE DRIVE\n• MP3, AAC, Apple Lossless, FLAC, WAV, AIFF and more — pick a folder or an external drive\n• Juqed reads title, artist, album, genre and cover art on its own\n• Apple Music optional: guests search your collection and the Apple Music catalog in one list\n• Smooth crossfades between your own tracks, length adjustable\n\nGUESTS JOIN IN SECONDS\n• Scan the QR code with the camera — they're in\n• Pick a name, search, request songs, vote\n• See live what's playing, what's next and what has already played\n• Works on any phone with a browser — guests just need to be on your Wi-Fi\n\nAN AUTO-DJ THAT LISTENS\nWhen the queue runs dry, the Auto-DJ takes over. It picks up which genres the event is asking for, matches the tempo (BPM) of the last songs and never repeats itself. No silence, even while everyone is dancing instead of searching.\n\nFAIR RULES, YOUR CALL\n• Blocklist for artists, genres or keywords — blocked songs vanish from search and Auto-DJ\n• Waiting time between requests, song limit per guest, vote limit per hour\n• No voting for your own songs — and waiting requests earn bonus votes over time, so quieter guests get their turn too\n• Host sign-in with Touch ID or your Mac password\n\nMADE FOR THE MAC\n• Keeps your Mac awake while the server is running\n• Menu bar icon with status at a glance\n• German and English\n\nREADY IN THREE STEPS\n1. Choose your music folder or connect Apple Music\n2. Start the server\n3. Show the QR code — on screen or on the TV\n\nGOOD TO KNOW\nYour own music plays completely offline; Apple Music needs an internet connection. Crossfades work between local files — macOS does not release Apple Music tracks for mixing.\n\nLearn more: https://juqed.com/en/juqed\nHelp & guide: https://juqed.com/en/help/juqed","bundleID":"com.juqued.player","appiconURL":"https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/06/6d/2f/066d2f95-50f2-79ce-8ab6-e12a16f5c31e/Placeholder.mill/1024x1024w.webp","formattedPrice":"$3.99","appUpdated":"2026-09-14T19:11:49.000Z","appReleased":"2026-04-27T07:00:00.000Z","version":"1.3","platforms":["mac"],"minOS":{"mac":"Requires macOS 14.6 or later."},"languages":["EN","DE"],"size":"2.2 MB","category":"Music","developerWebsite":"https://juqed.com","screenshots":[{"platform":"mac","url":"https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/40/48/5e/40485e25-f122-f5f9-1c4b-270d445157d4/juqed-en-01-hero.png/2880x1800w.webp"},{"platform":"mac","url":"https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/46/34/df/4634dffc-433f-c913-74fa-949a7f6af3d0/juqed-en-02-share.png/2880x1800w.webp"},{"platform":"mac","url":"https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/fd/8f/46/fd8f4691-1cfc-b85f-1c7e-57f9a5edf34c/juqed-en-03-pick.png/2880x1800w.webp"},{"platform":"mac","url":"https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/7a/51/9f/7a519ffa-2e41-4a22-8913-829d16899267/juqed-en-04-vote.png/2880x1800w.webp"},{"platform":"mac","url":"https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/87/9b/6d/879b6d5e-09cc-21c3-c463-98d8dad5db45/juqed-en-05-auto-dj.png/2880x1800w.webp"},{"platform":"mac","url":"https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/ad/93/e7/ad93e705-f8b5-33bc-7a8c-de4a0892c62e/juqed-en-06-guests.png/2880x1800w.webp"}]}
