{"appstoreID":6741723570,"title":"Screen Time - Break Check","subtitle":"Habit Timers, No App Blocking","developerName":"CodeWerm LLC","description":"Blocking apps sound good in theory. In practice, you turn them off the moment they get in the way, and then feel worse about it.\n\nBreak Check brings your screen time down without blocking a thing. You see how long you have been going, get a nudge when your time is up, and decide what happens next. No locked screens, no workarounds, no shame spiral.\n\nTRACK ANY HABIT, NOT JUST SCREEN TIME\nDoomscrolling, binge watching, gaming, the gym, shopping, reading, a bathroom break that got away from you. If you can start it and stop it, you can put it on a timer.\n\nSET A DAILY GOAL\nGive a habit a daily limit. Stay under it and the day counts as a win. Every day you meet your goal adds to your streak.\n\nNO HARD CUTOFFS\nWhen your time is up you get a gentle notification and the timer keeps counting, so you always know where you stand. Need longer? Add a few minutes with one tap.\n\nOR A REAL ALARM\nFor a habit that needs a firmer stop, end the session with a full alarm instead. It gets through silent mode and Focus.\n\nNOTHING TO FORGET\nTimers can start and stop on their own: when you open an app, when you arrive somewhere, or at a time you pick each night. Your social apps can run their own timer. The gym one starts when you walk in. Setup takes about a minute.\n\nCONTROL IT FROM ANYWHERE\nA running timer sits in your Dynamic Island, Notification Center and Lock Screen, so you can check it or pause it without opening anything. Start one from Control Center, your Action Button, or a Home Screen widget.\n\nSEE WHERE YOUR TIME GOES\nWatch each day add up, spot your patterns, and see how close you are to your goal. Your time is kept as real sessions rather than one daily total, so you can find the hour you did not know you were spending.\n\nLIFE HAPPENS\nWaiting at the doctor? Long train ride? Some phone time should not count. Snooze every timer at once and take a guilt free break. No streak broken, no pressure.\n\nPRIVATE BY DESIGN\nNo account. Nothing to sign up for, ever. Break Check never asks for Screen Time access and never sees which apps you open, only the timers you start. Your habits sync through your own iCloud and are never collected or sold.\n\nYOUR FIRST TIMER IS ALWAYS FREE\nNot a trial. Track one habit for as long as you like, at no cost. Unlimited adds the rest: a timer for every habit, full alarm alerts, and the button that snoozes them all. Monthly, yearly, or a one-time purchase that is yours forever.\n\nPrivacy Policy: https://codewerm.com/breakcheck/privacy-policy\nTerms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/","bundleID":"com.CodeWerm.BreakCheck","appiconURL":"https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/aa/66/fd/aa66fdb8-cc5b-bca7-6c93-c538fdf40aeb/Placeholder.mill/1024x1024w.webp","formattedPrice":"Free","appUpdated":"2026-09-07T17:07:11.000Z","appReleased":"2025-03-20T07:00:00.000Z","version":"2.1","platforms":["iphone","ipad"],"minOS":{"iphone":"Requires iOS 17.0 or later.","ipad":"Requires iPadOS 17.0 or later.","mac":"Requires macOS 14.0 or later and a Mac with Apple M1 chip or later.","vision":"Requires visionOS 1.0 or later."},"topIAPs":[{"name":"Unlimited Monthly","price":"$1.99"},{"name":"Unlimited Yearly","price":"$11.90"},{"name":"Unlimited Yearly Early Adopter","price":"$9.99"},{"name":"Unlimited Lifetime","price":"$39.99"}],"languages":["AR","BN","CA","HR","CS","DA","NL","EN","FI","FR","DE","EL","GU","HE","HI","HU","ID","IT","JA","KN","KO","MS","ML","MR","NB","OR","PL","PT","PA","RO","RU","ZH","SK","SL","ES","SV","TA","TE","TH","ZH","TR","UK","UR","VI"],"size":"32.3 MB","category":"Productivity","developerWebsite":"","screenshots":[{"platform":"ipad","url":"https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/49/78/bb/4978bbf1-3a31-4a34-1c6d-6853ce315b06/01-home.png/2064x2752w.webp"},{"platform":"ipad","url":"https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/e8/ce/fd/e8cefd40-5ae8-28a5-5750-4267ad758c86/02-examples.png/2064x2752w.webp"},{"platform":"ipad","url":"https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/0a/83/66/0a836682-7b73-dbb9-a490-b734a7d2c58e/03-live-activity.png/2064x2752w.webp"},{"platform":"ipad","url":"https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/bc/d5/ca/bcd5ca3e-21fb-4492-d7f6-663b801a829f/04-alarm.png/2064x2752w.webp"},{"platform":"ipad","url":"https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/ec/1b/ff/ec1bff83-ef57-6fda-5a20-a3102ba1edf1/05-tracking.png/2064x2752w.webp"},{"platform":"ipad","url":"https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/84/11/04/8411044e-175b-72aa-046a-4229b591a07f/06-detail.png/2064x2752w.webp"},{"platform":"ipad","url":"https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/04/af/0c/04af0cb5-2444-bbd9-a8d7-76f14ac06081/07-snooze.png/2064x2752w.webp"},{"platform":"ipad","url":"https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/3a/34/10/3a34100b-3a33-650a-f86b-7fdea4cc1a3a/08-privacy.png/2064x2752w.webp"},{"platform":"iphone","url":"https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/01/1d/2a/011d2a3a-3241-ce81-60c1-0bf0a5c89b76/01-home.png/1284x2778w.webp"},{"platform":"iphone","url":"https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/60/62/40/606240da-85df-302d-63eb-198e400f146a/02-examples.png/1284x2778w.webp"},{"platform":"iphone","url":"https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/7c/c6/6e/7cc66e84-b6d9-aaa2-d13c-fc69459d017e/03-live-activity.png/1284x2778w.webp"},{"platform":"iphone","url":"https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/7b/45/6f/7b456fa5-382a-02e0-1081-15187b6162b1/04-alarm.png/1284x2778w.webp"},{"platform":"iphone","url":"https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/c1/75/c8/c175c89a-861d-68c7-914a-32e1f23f5463/05-tracking.png/1284x2778w.webp"},{"platform":"iphone","url":"https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/b9/72/92/b97292e8-f4bb-6817-e20a-053949fcdead/06-detail.png/1284x2778w.webp"},{"platform":"iphone","url":"https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/1f/8c/43/1f8c43b0-f384-2298-8e28-bcfaed1cb305/07-snooze.png/1284x2778w.webp"},{"platform":"iphone","url":"https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/f6/a3/b1/f6a3b10b-d1b2-c1ae-a056-9d1812567115/08-privacy.png/1284x2778w.webp"}]}
