The perfect companion to the built-in Calendar app.\n\nThe app is intentionally simple. Just the events for today. Click an event to show it in the Calendar app.\n\nIt also gives you a quick way to directly join an upcoming video call (shows up 15 min before the event).\n\nThe app supports Focus Filters, letting you show different calendars based on your current Focus mode.\n\n\n■ Supported video call services\n\n- 8x8\n- Amazon Chime\n- Around\n- BlueJeans\n- Cal.com\n- Chorus\n- CoScreen\n- Demio\n- Demodesk\n- Dialpad\n- Doxy.me\n- FaceTime\n- Gather\n- Gong\n- Google Meet\n- GoToMeeting\n- GoToWebinar\n- Huddle01\n- Jam\n- Jitsi Meet\n- Lark\n- LiveKit Meet\n- Livestorm\n- Luma\n- Microsoft Teams\n- oVice\n- Pop\n- Preply\n- Pumble\n- Reclaim\n- Relayed\n- RingCentral\n- Session\n- Skype\n- Slack\n- StreamYard\n- TeamViewer\n- Teemyco\n- Tuple\n- UserZoom\n- Venue\n- Vimeo\n- Vonage\n- VooV\n- Vowel\n- Webex\n- Whereby\n- Workplace Chat\n- Zhumu\n- Zoho Cliq\n- Zoom\n\nActually, any video call service (see website for more info).\n\n\n■ Integration\n\nYou can of course use it as a companion to any calendar app. The “Open Calendar” button will open the default calendar app. Clicking an event will show it directly in your calendar app if it's Calendar, Fantastical, or BusyCal. If not, it will be shown in the Calendar app.\n\nThe “New Event” button will only show if the Calendar app is the default.\n\n\n■ FAQ\n\n‣ I have Fantastical set as my default calendar app but Today still opens Calendar\n\nThere is a macOS bug which makes the default calendar app setting not work. To work around this, drag an event from the Calendar app into Finder, right-click on it, select “Get Info”, select your calendar in the “Open with” field, and click “Change All”.\n\n\n■ Support\n\nYou can contact me through the feedback button in the app.","bundleID":"com.sindresorhus.Today","appiconURL":"https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/dd/f8/52/ddf852cf-b8dc-2f9e-855e-3dd612221afc/Placeholder.mill/1024x1024w.webp","formattedPrice":"Free","appUpdated":"2026-09-16T21:33:08.000Z","appReleased":"2022-10-26T07:00:00.000Z","version":"1.8.3","platforms":["mac"],"minOS":{"mac":"Requires macOS 26.1 or later."},"topIAPs":[],"languages":["EN"],"size":"5.5 MB","category":"Productivity","developerWebsite":"https://sindresorhus.com/today","screenshots":[{"platform":"mac","url":"https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource112/v4/53/17/79/531779cf-de19-e0aa-dc49-c354463a229a/12a085e5-cd6a-4e7f-8084-288e8310064a_screenshot1.png/2880x1800w.webp"},{"platform":"mac","url":"https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource112/v4/fc/63/0c/fc630c22-45aa-9471-86ed-0445b8a1d56d/fa319b9c-ec4d-4ee9-88a3-0b24011577c2_screenshot2.png/2880x1800w.webp"},{"platform":"mac","url":"https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple112/v4/da/29/7c/da297c7c-e4c7-e1a9-7554-048ee12f64d9/9054246b-2660-458e-a24a-0c71c42dfa10_screenshot2.png/1440x900w.webp"}]}
